Are you ready to be an integral part of our Catering Department's success? Cabo Bob's is seeking a full-time (35-40 hours per week) enthusiastic relationship builder who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Efficiently enter and confirm orders using CaterZen Catering Software
  • Provide welcoming, friendly, and professional assistance to customers via phone calls and emails
  • Regularly review and plan for current and future catering orders
  • Communicate special instructions on orders to store managers and coordinate delivery details
  • Foster strong relationships with store managers
  • Assist store managers to resolve issues promptly and ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Occasionally manage offsite events and conduct marketing activities

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Required to have professional phone/email etiquette
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a restaurant setting
  • Proficiency in using MS Outlook, MS Teams, and restaurant POS systems
  • Ability to comfortably sit or stand for extended periods

SCHEDULE
  • Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm
  • Occasional Saturdays 9am-1pm
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
