RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently enter and confirm orders using CaterZen Catering Software
- Provide welcoming, friendly, and professional assistance to customers via phone calls and emails
- Regularly review and plan for current and future catering orders
- Communicate special instructions on orders to store managers and coordinate delivery details
- Foster strong relationships with store managers
- Assist store managers to resolve issues promptly and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Occasionally manage offsite events and conduct marketing activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Required to have professional phone/email etiquette
- Strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a restaurant setting
- Proficiency in using MS Outlook, MS Teams, and restaurant POS systems
- Ability to comfortably sit or stand for extended periods
SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm
- Occasional Saturdays 9am-1pm
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
