Salary range: $65,000 - $82,500
Bonus potential ($2,500-$10,000 per month)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Always friendly and energetic
Business knowledge (P&L knowledge, food safety, scheduling, sales forecasting, food cost control)
Must have a passion for developing leaders
A willingness to jump in and help
To instill our BBM Key Business Drivers (Be Friendly, Be Helpful, Make it Great) to deliver a great guest experience and a positive workplace environment/culture
Facilitate weekly meetings with managers to discuss business, staffing, product orders, and service
Execute catering orders and online orders accurately
Cultivate relationships with team members, vendors, and guests
Uphold and enforce uniform policies
Adhere to all store security and safety procedures
Complete delivery orders from vendors to ensure accuracy and quality of products

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current Food Manager certificate
Clean driving record
Ability to carry at least 50 lbs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required, bilingual a plus)
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift
Ability to multitask and organize

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $202,500.00 per year
