- Salary range: $65,000 - $82,500
- Bonus potential ($2,500-$10,000 per month)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Always friendly and energetic
- Business knowledge (P&L knowledge, food safety, scheduling, sales forecasting, food cost control)
- Must have a passion for developing leaders
- A willingness to jump in and help
- To instill our BBM Key Business Drivers (Be Friendly, Be Helpful, Make it Great) to deliver a great guest experience and a positive workplace environment/culture
- Facilitate weekly meetings with managers to discuss business, staffing, product orders, and service
- Execute catering orders and online orders accurately
- Cultivate relationships with team members, vendors, and guests
- Uphold and enforce uniform policies
- Adhere to all store security and safety procedures
- Complete delivery orders from vendors to ensure accuracy and quality of products
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Food Manager certificate
- Clean driving record
- Ability to carry at least 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required, bilingual a plus)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift
- Ability to multitask and organize
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $202,500.00 per year
